When we have to develop a project, it is essential for us to keep in mind that the client will be the main user, especially if we are talking about the residential area;  it is essential for us to consider his habits, to get to know each other thoroughly, to have the ability to interpret their needs, feed them with imagination and recompose the ideas that are told to us. Enhance the structure, contextualize the furniture, create a common thread between colors and materials, highlighting everything with the right lights is important for a successful design and aesthetics, as well as the right feeling and confidence that must arise between us and our customer, the indispensable harmony to live this journey in a positive way and get accomplices to the set goal.

1 / THE IDEA AND PRELIMINARY PLAN

In the first phase, we know each other through an “interview” and starting from the requests of the client we develop and propose the first idea in the form of a rough study. We present to the client the rough study project with 1 or 2 solutions of planimetric distributions, the layout project in this phase is fundamental to understand how the environments will work, being careful to find also functional spaces useful for everyday life.
Concurrently we enhance the architectural elements and when possible we recover them, enhancing their original nature

2 / LAYOUT AND MOODBOARD

Once the layout is defined, we develop the moodboard proposing materials, colors, textures, fabrics, we select furniture and objects that will compose the environment, always in agreement with our client. In addition to designing all the components and furnishings, which we will then tailor-made with specialized companies and craftsmen, we also take care of the recovery of old furniture or develop the project according to these (restyling of furniture, upholstery of sofas and armchairs, recovery of accessories ….) giving new life to pieces that will transmit that touch of history and preciousness, creating environments rich in character and timeless. But not only! Our experience in the commercial field, allows us to be the perfect consultants for the purchase of new furniture, accompanying the customer at the most renowned design furniture showroom

3 / PROJECT DEFINITION

In addition to defining the spaces and divisions, we will also go on to develop the works for installations, false ceilings, claddings and flooring. In this phase the 3D rendering of the environments will be presented to the customers to easily visualize the mood and the design idea by applying colors, materials and lights

4 / ESTIMATES AND TIMES

In the following steps, after having developed estimates, costs and timing, we will go on to define all the technical works for the building site (and / or the creation of customized furniture). The importance of a group of professionals behind (technicians, artisans, and other figures, each specialized in their skills) allows us, in a capillary way, to find the solution to every problem, work in team and collaborate simultaneously to achieve the objective set with the client, always keeping the costs under control

5 / SINGLE INTERLOCUTOR AND MANAGEMENT OF CANTIER

The client will have the opportunity to have as sole interlocutor the study that, having the task, will take care of the management of the building site, of the correct execution of the works, of the possibility of making variants and of the control of the production of custom furniture
